I had a great experience having Colin out to clean my grill. I noticed he had been working on a neighbors and mentioned I'd be interested in having mine looked at. He came and checked it out quickly on the spot and got me scheduled that day. He was super helpful and restored our grill that we had just purchased with the house to brand new. Awesome job and great level of professional service all around! They came through on short notice and worked to make everything shiny and new! Colin knew his craft and walked us through everything up to the final registration!

Had them out to clean our grill. It hasn’t been used too much, but it had some packrats making a nest and could use an overall clean. Greg Miller came out and instead of quoting the grill cleaning, he had a HARD sell to try to upsell us on replacing our grill, buying it from them. He kept adding up numbers trying to explain to us that it would make much more sense financially to replace it rather than clean. Keep in mind, this is a grill that wasn’t too worn. I called for a simple cleaning appointment but once Colin examined my grill he determined that all of the wiring had been chewed by kangaroo rats. We had a party planned for Memorial Day and Colin called to see if schedule modifications could be made so that I could get my replacement grill on the same day. He saved the day and the party! This level of customer service is rarely found these days and was most appreciated. Thank you!

So, I had a pretty dirty grill that needed a good cleaning…and then it totally stopped lighting. After several attempts to get someone to come look at it/clean it, I connected with Ron at Tucson Grill Cleaning. He gave me some possible ideas and options, made a quick appt, and sent Colin to check it.
