From start to finish they made the process for a check up and cleaning super simple. The Dentist was patient with me and let me ask questions about my radiographs. My teeth have never been cleaner and I'm so greatful to the hygienist. I felt they were completely transparent about pricing and got my permission for paid services well in advanced. The appointment started right on time and I love how up to date the tech is. This is a really great place!
I have to take an antibiotic one hour prior to any dental visit. My original appointment was last week but I forgot to take the antibiotic. Dr Holmes decided it would be best to reschedule so they fit me in this week. So, I had a cleaning yesterday at Ironwood Dental and Kelly, from the front desk called me to remind me to take the antibiotic! Although I was treated well by your office I had very little done by you and I am very upset that I had to see 3 different dental providers including Ironwood just to have a tooth pulled, although my tooth is broken and infected I wasn't referred to a Oral surgeon right away wasting a visit to Dr Pena, who could not do the extraction then being referred to Valley Endodontics and Oral surgery but with little effort I found this office to have horrible reviews everywhere I looked so I would NOT allow them to do this procedure ... read more
Excellent service and staff. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and kind. Very helpful with information and assistance. I don't see dentist often due to my needs, but it was the most enjoyable and knowledgable experience I have ever had visiting a dentist. Highly recommend to anyone needing dental service.
