I wanted to give a local business a chance, they forgot to schedule the 9:30AM-10:30 AM window and when I called to check status they said they don’t know what happened and changed it to 11-1PM after being transferred to a different department. Called back at 1:30 PM and there was still a delay for some reason. I ended up cancelling all together.
