About this business

This is Tucson's main venue for the performing arts, home of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra and the Arizona Opera, as well as the locale for pop music concerts, sports events and major trade conventions. A result of 1970s style urban renewal, it is only somewhat interesting stylistically compared to the old adobe buildings that were bulldozed to make room for what now stands. However, some abstract sculptures and fountains outside the complex provide food for the art lover's imagination. There are three performance venues - T... read more

Nice updates, but the music at the hockey games is way too loud. Not a fan of the new snackbar menu.

Great venue for Roadrunners hockey. I've been going to concerts for 35 years and the renovations have much improved. The downside is that the chairs are small. I am six ft tall and there's not a lot of leg room. Also, the cup holders on the seats made it a bit tight to wiggle my hips into them. I'm not overweight, just tall and with hourglass figure. It was comfortable enough for a couple of hours though.

Decent venue but the concourse is too narrow and has lousy arena parking.

I like the building and it had parking close by. Since it was a dog active, they create area for the doggies to do their business which was nice. Everything was geared to the dogs.

What an amazing way to start! Place was packed, the hockey was top notch, and there was a great fight! What more could you want?

Parking sucks, big time. Lines at concession stands were ridiculous.
