I had a very disappointing experience here. There were so many bugs, and because of the conditions, all of my clothes had tiny bugs! even my mattress was ruined. After dealing with all of that, the customer service I received made the experience even worse. I was charged the full amount for the month of August even though I only used the unit for one day in August cause I was waiting for my apartment to be ready. The climate controlled storage was perfect for my VT daughter's summer storage. Everything was just as we left it. Lisa was great with reservations ahead of time and very helpful in communicating since we are out of state. I highly recommend this business.
