Happy 2025 with the snowfall we had once I slipped and the other I fell and that was the reason why I occupied two drawers in the parking lot because they didn't put salt
My washer was broker for 9 months. Maintenance guys came 6-8 times and said something was wrong they have to order some part and it should be fixed in a week. 9 months went by and nothing. I kept going to the leasing office every 2 weeks and the property manager Karen just said every time “I will send someone, we will get it fixed.” But nothing. I won’t recommend leasing here. Thank god I moved out of that place.
Lived here for 3 plus years between 2010 - 2013. What attracted me was the greenery all round, the peaceful and quiet neighborhood and decently sized apartments at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, there are a few issues as well - Firstly, as others have mentioned you need to go their central Richmond office to pay rent / drop your check.
