Very clean grounds. Went to view an apt, but didnt check the time. They were closed. Drove around the complex and the entire area was very clean. Plan to go again for a tour.
Happy 2025 with the snowfall we had once I slipped and the other I fell and that was the reason why I occupied two drawers in the parking lot because they didn't put salt
My washer was broker for 9 months. Maintenance guys came 6-8 times and said something was wrong they have to order some part and it should be fixed in a week. 9 months went by and nothing. I kept going to the leasing office every 2 weeks and the property manager Karen just said every time “I will send someone, we will get it fixed.” But nothing. I won’t recommend leasing here. Thank god I moved out of that place.
