Update to my original review. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit. I will be ordering a new pair of glasses from them. Original review below: Unfortunately, there is no customer service. I have left a message as instructed, and it's been over a week now ... And no phone call back I hope the doctor sees this and addresses these issues as it reflects poorly on the doctor because of the staff. Nevertheless, i am going to look for another service provider. I tried to "shop" local and support local businesses.
Was very easy to get an appointment quickly. Went for first visit today, Dr Tucker very kind and professional. Was a pleasant experience as they are very nice people! Would recommend!
