they never answer the phone. this is terrible customer service
Made an appointment by calling the office and they gave me an 8am slot here and used PTO to do my visit, confirmed my appointment via text and by phone call only to get there at 8 am to the practice being closed. I confirmed that they were closed because I tried to call to see if they kept it locked for safety reasons and no one answers and the recorded message states they are closed. Please don’t waste your time here, now I have to find somewhere else to do my visit and take more time off.

Please be aware that Dr. Nguyen does a good cleaning, but I had a noticeable dark spot on a crowned molar and check -up X-rays, I ask her about it and she stated that it was nothing to be concerned about… Spring 2024. I was a patient almost 2 years. Now that I have a new Dentist it is a cavity, and I am going to need a new crown. So, listen when you go to any Dentist ask to see your X-rays any dark areas or decayed or broken teeth are noticeable on an X-ray that has a cavity, a good Dentist will want you to know.
