The North Texas area is lucky. Unfortunate to have a great company like Tucker Roofing. From the sales process to the installation, everything was extremely smooth and handled with insurance. On the day of the installation, their installers kept the job site very clean and orderly did a great job. I hired Tucker Roofing to replace my roof in September of 2018, trusting their assurance of quality workmanship. Unfortunately, 6 1/2 years after the installation, I experienced a significant roof failure due to poor workmanship. This resulted in water entering my home, causing damage to the sheetrock and affecting electrical systems. I immediately contacted the company to report the leak and subsequent damage. Eric Gigon was extremely professional and represented Tucker Roofing beyond expectations… if I ever need another roof Tucker will be my first call…
I highly recommend Eric at Tucker Roofing! Several roofs have been replaced in my neighborhood due to previous hail storms, Eric came out today and fully inspected my 8 year roof, and told me it was in great shape and does not need to be replaced. Whenever the next hail storm or roof damage is, I will definitely be calling Eric at Tucker Roofing. It is awesome, dealing with honest people!
Through the whole process, Tucker Roofing was very professional and open about what needed to be done (roof and skylights) and the cost. Eric was there the first few hours they were on the job and came back the next day to make sure we were happy and to even crawl into out attic (on a very hot day I Texas) to make sure the pipes looked secured. I cannot say enough good things about Tucker Roofing. We will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend to all our friends and family.
