I’ve had nothing but the best interactions with Tucker Roofing the two times I’ve called them. They are not pushy or aggressive and are honest. They knew I had a toddler and were able to text and work with me on my baby’s schedule for calls and were so flexible. Highly recommend this roofing company.
Recently had roof and gutters replaced. It was so seamless and stress free. Eric was fantastic to work with and the crew who did the work did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Tucker.
The high winds we experienced the last week of December caused a couple of ridge shingles to come loose. I called Eric Gigon who responded to my residence promptly and advised of the needed repair at a reasonable price. I have previously used Eric and he always exhibits a professional demeanor and great customer service skills. Eric provided an estimate and required repairs. I will always call Eric on my roofing needs.
The North Texas area is lucky. Unfortunate to have a great company like Tucker Roofing. From the sales process to the installation, everything was extremely smooth and handled with insurance. On the day of the installation, their installers kept the job site very clean and orderly did a great job. I hired Tucker Roofing to replace my roof in September of 2018, trusting their assurance of quality workmanship. Unfortunately, 6 1/2 years after the installation, I experienced a significant roof failure due to poor workmanship. This resulted in water entering my home, causing damage to the sheetrock and affecting electrical systems. I immediately contacted the company to report the leak and subsequent damage.
