This was a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mattox. He initially confused me with another patient and did not seem prepared for my visit. He appeared irritated by my questions, which made me feel completely unheard. While he did order an MRI, I do not feel comfortable returning for further care and will likely find another provider.
Always excellent service and been the best for over 30 years.
I really like going here. Dr. Mattock is a very sweet person. I appreciate him.
