Prices are on par with the competition. One of the only places that will deliver your order up or down stairs to the inside at a reasonable rate, which was hugely helpful. Communication is sorely lacking though, was like pulling teeth to even get a quote done. Needed to stay on top of them all the way through to the end to get things done, and in the end had to go pick up the final pieces myself... 3 weeks AFTER I made the purchase. Worst customer service by Carolina the front desk attendant. Doesn’t have knowledge of the stuff she sells
Called twice to get a quote. First guy said he would send it but never did. The second Lady I talked to hung up on me. Called back thinking it was a mistake and she hung up on me again. AWFUL customer service.
