This woman is impatient, rude, and a poor listener. She did not seem to comprehend that my blood sugars regularly fluctuate on account of my diabetes, and attempted to advise me prior to understanding my condition.

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider remember you by name? Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
