They harass you with flyers when you tell them to remove your address from their mailing list. I call, they tell me they will do it, then low and behold, I get another one the next month... I have tried for a YEAR to get them to take care of this.

Had Tucker ************ my rooftop gas pack last year. They were recommended, and I was looking for a honest and reputable *** to perform this work going forward. I asked about a service contract and was told what they offered was a service club. The deal was an annual fee that covered 2 annual services to the gas pack and 1 water heater service (drain and overall check).
