I took my car for a service for a fresh start after 9 years of being the main family car for our 3 kids; the back seat was particularly filthy, but I also had never done anything beyond basic car wash so the rest of the car needed help too. The work was impeccable and the service was good and professional. Expect to pay more than the price stated on the website (I paid over twice as much) as it will be quoted based on their estimated effort. One BIG no. Nope. Quoted 2 hours for my SUV, got to the lot and they said 3 hours and I said let me come back another day and they convinced me they’d work quickly. My car is not ever super dirty compared to most. 2 hours and 15 min later I called to check in and they said they needed another 2 hours. I told them I was coming to get it immediately cause I didn’t have 4 hours for a detail today. They still charged me the full amount. Unless you have alllllll day for a detail, save yourself the time, money, and effort.
I liked the customer service and results. I detailed my car (interior and exterior).
