One BIG no. Nope. Quoted 2 hours for my SUV, got to the lot and they said 3 hours and I said let me come back another day and they convinced me they’d work quickly. My car is not ever super dirty compared to most. 2 hours and 15 min later I called to check in and they said they needed another 2 hours. I told them I was coming to get it immediately cause I didn’t have 4 hours for a detail today. They still charged me the full amount. Unless you have alllllll day for a detail, save yourself the time, money, and effort.
I liked the customer service and results. I detailed my car (interior and exterior).
Great customer service! I got my car washed here and Mario did an amazing job! My car looks as new!
