Hired these guys do a foundation repair recommendation report. They sent out 2 guys who did inspection. Said i would get report in 2 days. They never sent me the report. Week later still no report. Called them asking where report was? They said sorry will send repair plan asap. Plan arrived 2 days later. It was just a drawing of my house floors with measurements, NO REPAIR RECOMMENDATIOS/PLAN AT ALL. Called them again asking where the recommendations are??? They have significantly delayed the stair reconstruction project at my complex. They created some Incorrect and unsafe design plans and have been unresponsive and won’t come out to address issues. Horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone. Please do your job and come correct the stair issues!
Wish it were better. First call was great, got a bunch of information, felt so good about it, hired them. They did the engineering on my pool, but would not give me a copy of it from the previous owner, even though I own the property now... But Matt told me on the phone that we would have some peers for an outdoor living addition to my home. I said out sounds great Then the price came back about double what we originally talked about. Exceptional service and thoughtfulness were applied during communications and service. I was going to skip a structural engineering assessment as my GC was quite confident my project would not need it. I sure am glad I did! In Summary, we found multiple load bearing walls that would have been a ‘surprise’ down the road. The peace of mind is worth every bit of now what is going on with my homes framing when we look to be moving walls. The owner is kind, clean, thoughtful, and talented. Thank you Tucker!
