Staff was SUPER friendly and quite helpful. Facility is beautiful and seems very nice. I had one of my dogs in there a week or two ago for Kennel cough. As compared to other vets, the prices were decent. Though in this case, the pills seemed to have virtually no effect on my dogs. After 4 days of pills I had seen no improvement at all and decided to just let the infection go away. Earlier today I noticed one of our dogs now has it again... Groomer was terrible. Turned my baby into a un recognizable dog. Shes a pom and all her hair cut off. Said she was matted to skin. False! Cut her ear hair off. That was not necessary. My dog there from 8 am till near 4. For a shaving that I did not request. Groomer apparently doesn't know how to do a pomeranian cut. Very unhappy
I received the best customer service I have ever gotten at any business from Tucker Creek yesterday! From the staff at the front desk to the techs and vets, service was top notch. As a brand new puppy owner, they all provided so much information and confidence, that today is a much less stressful day at our house! Thank you Tucker Creek!
