I have been a tenant of theirs on two separate properties and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Any issues that have ever occurred they have been prompt to take care of them. Their office staff have exceptional customer service and really are amazing people. I highly recommend them for your future rentals. They don’t take advantage of their future tenants with unnecessary charges for every little thing that is done in the rental application process like other groups I’ve seen in the same area.
Despite the prompt refund for my application withdrawal due to mold, the property manager's response to my concerns is concerning. His remarks and attitude raised red flags. After a brief and unsettling interaction, I realize I dodged a bullet by not proceeding further. Please consider the warning signs from other reviews before engaging. To say that renting from Tucker was the worst living experience of my life, would be a gross understatement. I knew the home was a bit run down before I signed the lease, but being on a tight budget, I settled for the sagging fence, the yard without a spec of grass, the cracked counter top, and the green fuzz on the outside of the windows.
