This was my first time using this company for my client, and I definitely will not use them again in the future. There was a lot of back and forth, with documents being sent over only to be said as not received. While I'm grateful that my client was approved, overall, my experience was not satisfactory.
I have been a tenant of theirs on two separate properties and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Any issues that have ever occurred they have been prompt to take care of them. Their office staff have exceptional customer service and really are amazing people. I highly recommend them for your future rentals. They don’t take advantage of their future tenants with unnecessary charges for every little thing that is done in the rental application process like other groups I’ve seen in the same area.
Despite the prompt refund for my application withdrawal due to mold, the property manager's response to my concerns is concerning. His remarks and attitude raised red flags. After a brief and unsettling interaction, I realize I dodged a bullet by not proceeding further. Please consider the warning signs from other reviews before engaging.
