The service I received from Ella was outstanding. I spent today searching for a replacement BBQ. After getting no assistance from well known companies, I found Tucker Barbeques on a Google search. Ella answered my call and was a delight to talk to. She answered my numerous questions and I felt comfortable enough to purchase online. Stop Searching, this is your next dream BBQ. The build quality is unmatched. Don't waste your time at Bunnings. These are the BBQs that are built to last. We got ours a week ago and we cooked on it every single night. Chefs dream even heat distribution, stainless steal everything!
I recently purchased a Tucker BBQ as well as a teak “Jack & Jill” outdoor furniture through the Silverwater store. The BBQ quality is insane and the matching cover is bulletproof! The teak furniture is top quality and was easy to put together the flat pack. There was an issue with the bbq cover that originally arrived but it was replaced without question very promptly, so exceptional customer service as well. Thank you Tucker BBQs - one very happy customer!

I ordered the GTR 3 burner online. The process was very easy and I received regular communications. Unit was delivered earlier than expected. Assembly was a little harder than I expected, the instructions and photos didn’t fully match pieces. It probably took an extra couple of hours to complete the job.
