I recently purchased a Tucker BBQ as well as a teak “Jack & Jill” outdoor furniture through the Silverwater store. The BBQ quality is insane and the matching cover is bulletproof! The teak furniture is top quality and was easy to put together the flat pack. There was an issue with the bbq cover that originally arrived but it was replaced without question very promptly, so exceptional customer service as well. Thank you Tucker BBQs - one very happy customer!
I booked a call out service for my BBQ as it was acting up, and the experience was prompt and smooth from the beginning.
