2 great experiences – I have had 2 of my 5 children live in a Tuckaway Mgmt property. As a mother that calls alot I want you to know that the staff at the Tuckaway main office has been very nice and helpful. No complaints with work that was requested by me or my children. The return of their deposit was very fair.
Worst place I've ever lived in Lawrence – I would not recommend Tuckaway apartments to anyone. I have had troubles since the first day we moved in here. They didn't even have a key for us! They unlocked the door so we could start moving then went to make a copy. A lot of obvious things were broken when we moved in. It took a month and several phone calls to have things we noted on our walkthru fixed. By then, more stuff had broken and that stuff has yet to be fixed. The staff is horrible to deal with.
