Very appreciative of Dr. Dyer and his care. He is responsive and willing to answer any questions. I have worked with many different ortho doctors and can say that Dr. Dyer is kind, humble, knowledgable and made me feel better throughout the entire process. Many doctors i have seen have been dismissive almost to the point of arrogance but not Dr. Dyer, i would recommend him, his care team and the office staff at Tuckahoe orthopedics again and again! Let me start by saying that the folks at the front desk were great! They were amiable, smiled & easy to chat with. Beyond that, my experience was confusing - for three reasons. First, they called me & another patient back at the same time. I couldn't tell who's name was being called. Second, after arriving in the exam room - there was no one available to screen me (verify identity, reason for visit, pain level; etc).
