We have been taking our pets to Dr. Meglino at Tuckahoe Animal Hospital for 15+ years. Each and every time we have been treated in an extremely caring and professional manner, from the folks at the front desk, to the technicians (special ‘shout out’ to wonderful Anthony!), to the great Dr. Meglino, himself. I was scheduled for an interview 2 days ago. I was late due to going to urgent care prior to my interview. And when I was called to be invited to the interview no one had mentioned that there was no parking lot. After driving back and forth in front of the facility where I finally found a spot in front. I went in and introduced myself. I immediately apologized for my tardiness. Dr. Diaz, & Dr. Meglino, & all the front desk staff & vet techs have taken excellent care of our mastiffs for five years.
My sister has been going here for years with her fur babies. When my fur baby got hurt and we discovered he has IVDD I looked into treatment options to help his recovery. Dr Diaz took his time explaining everything about the disease and was very compassionate through it all. He explained more than two other Vets did (emergency Vet and local Vet in Queens).
