Tuchman Cleaners in Brownsburg doesn't do their own dry cleaning. They send it off to a central location that might or might not do a good job. In my case they didn't do a good job. A pair of pants I brought in came back first with additional stains so had to be sent back. The second time the hard water stain thatt I had brought them in for was stuck in and when I took them to the Tuchman's in Avon she said that they should have spot cleaned them first instead of just running them through. Horrible Service!!! – The price nearly doubled when I picked them up the next day! I took three pair of pants to the Tuchman Cleaner in Avon, Indiana for "press only". A very unfriendly female employee told me that's gonna be almost $5 per pair. I asked her if they offer any military or other sorts of discount (I found out later they were offering 20% off coupons online), she told me they offer 20% discount on that, and gave me a price of $7.44 for three pairs. If you want your clothes back, I would stay away!!!! – My husband dropped off 7 dress shirts to be cleaned. When he went to pick them up, he only got 2 back and the employee apologized and said she had no idea where the rest were. My husband was told to expect a phone call from the manager the next day. . . the following evening, my husband called back since he hadn't heard anything and a different employee told him that he wasn't a manager, that he had no idea where the shirts were, and a manager would call him back the nex... read more
