I took a sweater coat to be dry cleaned there and they had it done by the end of the day. I liked that they sent me an e-mail to notify me it was ready for pickup. They were supposed to try to stretch it but they forgot to do it so I had to make another trip to drop it off and pick it up. The store had contacted me to tell me they had forgot to stretch it.
