I took a sweater coat to be dry cleaned there and they had it done by the end of the day. I liked that they sent me an e-mail to notify me it was ready for pickup. They were supposed to try to stretch it but they forgot to do it so I had to make another trip to drop it off and pick it up. The store had contacted me to tell me they had forgot to stretch it. That did a poor job starching my shirts and jeans. And charged an arm and a leg.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They tore a button off of a dress shirt which tore the shirt as well but didn't acknowledge it. After I pointed it out, they indicated someone would call...same story you will hear from many many others They never call...when I called them to ask for some acknowledgement (I didn't expect a new shirt or anything close as it was an old shirt) I was told they would get back to me again and again.
