If I could give zero stars, I would. Represented the seller of our property. Threatened to break the sales agreement if we didn’t allow another month of possession. Had to engage a real estate attorney to keep things on-time. Then, she just quit responding after our attorney put them on notice. Her client left broken items, large items (treadmill) & trash at the house and she failed to acknowledge the issue nor remediate.
