I called to see if they were hiring.I had no problem whatsoever talking to the receptionist.She was very nice and sounded very soft.Spoken over the phone I don't understand why all these bad comments are saying that the lady over the phone is mean and rude.I'm sorry you had a bad experience but she's definitely not

I was driving westbound on 18 when one of their trucks passed me in the right lane. The truck hit a bump and a large rock, large enough for me to see it, bounced out of the truck and hit my windshield cracking it. I reported this to Tucci and Sons and was given an incident report to fill out for reimbursement. I filled out the report and sent it to TAMMY BALDWIN who is supposedly the claims manager, but she ignored me for an entire month even with me calling every other day trying to get my windshield replaced. Tucci was performing asphalt grinding and repaving at night on Spanaway Loop Road in Tacoma in front of my driveway. Monday evening I took 2 garbage cans to the roadway curb/sidewalk for weekly service/pickup. Likely due to traffic rerouting to one lane at night - a worker moved my bins off of sidewalk into brush and did not return them to sidewalk next morning when work ended.
