My mother passed away and the apartment was inspected and approved for the return of the deposit, This was in August of 2014. As of 8/181/2015 I representing her estate after numerous calls of which two calls have been returned, have decided to threaten legal action. These people think that they operate above the law. I will file a complaint against them with the New York State Attorney General, In order to help protect the rights of others who may believe that they have no recourse against these abusive companies.
Dreadful service from staff at TUC. I have had to deal with my father's management company several times because he's elderly, disabled, and hard of hearing. One of their employees is a hostile woman named Mercedes who works in the 110 St. location between Columbus and Central Park West. I've gone in to speak with her several times because she's the only person available.
