If I could put no stars I would. TERRIBLE. RUN SCREAMING. In competent staff. Don't give them your credit card info. They will just randomly charge you whether you have an appt or not! Seriously watch your bank account if you work with them. They are unprofessional total hacks. The lasers barely work as well.
Kelly is fabulous!!! Super professional and knowledgeable. I've had the following services done: Dermaplaning, Chemical peel and Microdermabrasion. I saw improvement in my skin from each. I'm addicted �����
Poor customer service, unfriendly, don't know their job. Drove 2 hour for a 1 minute consult, they couldn't accommodated me. Front desk does not seem to care. I will be asking for a refund from Groupon. Do you r homework before going there.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried to talk to the manager about it and she hung up on me.
What a great find! Taia was fantastic; polite and attentive with her obvious care for her work felt in each touch. I unexpectedly found myself extending to a 2 hour session, which was totally worth it. I'll be back for sure and can highly recommend this new spot in the Mission.
