The kids had an awesome time , definitely a great spot to bring them. They have the best prices around, but I do wish they had a magic carpet to make things easier. The staff were really cool too. You can have people watch with out paying the full price.
What phonies! My wife left a review about our terrible experience last week (tubes stoping midway down the slides) and TubeTahoe wrote such a nice sounding reply about “oh just email us, we’ll take care of you ;)”. My wife has emailed multiple times with no response! Don't believe their phony responses to google reviews, what a joke! Save your money, this place is not worth it!
My family and I had a blast! Bekah checked us in and was super friendly and just overall a very pleasant person to talk to! We will definitely be visiting next time we are back in South Lake Tahoe!
Prices are a bit high. Especially when you consider you have to walk the mountain yourself. Whereas other places in the north have people movers.
