The image shown is not of the TB Clinic but a family Doctor's office in the complex. I have added a picture of the correct location. It is located next to the vision center on the East side of the complex.
Wait times has improved I believe. The two times I have been here, it was within 10 minutes from my appointment time to seeing a practitioner. The doctor I saw was great too! Super friendly. Admin people at the desk could be a little more friendly though. But I understand too that dealing with patients can be stress inducing.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the receptionist is so nice.
extremely poor service. Each and every time you call them over the phone, they pick up and say ' please hold' and you are put on hold indefinitely. When I finally got through to the receptionist, she put me back on hold in the middle of our conversation without first telling me she was going to put me on hold. When I went there in person, I saw the staff were not busy answering phone calls, people were just walking around, chatting, or on a computer.
