I’d like to recommend ma’am SP for her excellent service!
The doctor and the nurse have been doing an excellent job and were very careful throughout the entire healing process. However, the front desk receptionist was rude and impolite, both on the phone and in person. I believe this will not be the last complaint about the receptionist in this google review section.
Professional and helpful staff.
Receptionists are 95% of the time rude. One nurse I’ve talked to is also rude. To TB clinic, please consider recording the calls of your patients with receptionists/nurses to refrain them from being rude to patients.
Nurses are good but front staff is always very rude. It’s been 3 times that I have had the bad experience talking to them on call.
