Professional and helpful staff.
Receptionists are 95% of the time rude. One nurse I’ve talked to is also rude. To TB clinic, please consider recording the calls of your patients with receptionists/nurses to refrain them from being rude to patients.
Nurses are good but front staff is always very rude. It’s been 3 times that I have had the bad experience talking to them on call.
What a great experience that I received from here. So kind and professional team they're. Thank you stellar, Dr. Lim, all nurses and receptionists!
