Worst job i ever had. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Plant manager runs a machine instead of the shop,employees run the shop.No raises. Training was horrible if any. They fired 5 people in shipping in less than 5 months,and want you to do your job and there's for the same pay. No 90day review. Was honestly a waist of my time. I was looking for another job the whole time I was there. Everything shipped late they were missing items for orders and expect the employees to keep track of purchasing.
