2nd time coming here. The first time sandwich only had chicken and cheddar cheese on it. Instead of the lettuce and ranch dressing that is supposed to be included in the chicken and cheddar, but it was decent. Technically, the second time we went there on a Friday at 7 o'clock, and it was closed tonight. My husband went there and came home, and half of my sandwich was just bread, and lettuce, on the other half, was the chicken. Cheddar and wet lettuce, we will not be returning to this tubbys.
Really disappointed with my experience. The staff weren’t very friendly and seemed confused about my online order. My sandwich came with only meat and cheese, no sauce or vegetables, even though the description clearly said it came with them. The bread tasted old, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Overall, the food and service were disappointing, and I probably won’t be going back.
For the price paid, basic cleanliness in the lobby and order accuracy should be standard. (Stale bread)...major service and quality issues.
