This Tubbys location is clean and the staff very friendly. Not all Tubbys locations are created equal but this location delivers freash tasting bread and ingredients. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of shrinkflation, their classic Steak and Cheese sandwich has shrunk and the price has gone up. Its now $13 for the large steak n' cheese. (That did not include a drink)
