Detroit native and haven't had a Tubby Famous for a decade. Moved back to the area and man was I disappointed had the 8" just under $10. The bread was gross!
I stopped in here and got a sandwhich from tubbys just for the nostalgia. I haven't seen one in year's. I got a turkey club sub to split with my son. It was pretty good. The guy who took our order as well as cashed us out was super helpful. I don't remember the taste of a tubbys sub but this one was good either way.
Seems like they make better subs here than the other Tubbies - Don't get me wrong, most tubbies are great - this one just seems a little better normally! 😋
Lady was pretty awesome that served us food was great
I’ve been here twice and both times have been great. The guy working there today was very friendly and personable and made me a great steak and cheese. Ingredients and bread were fresh and sandwich was delicious. Fast friendly service, in and out in 5 minutes.
