Twice I emailed them about two separate vehicles over a period of six months. I even called and left messages, never heard of a dealership that doesn’t have someone answer during regular business hours? Anyway, left a bad taste in my mouth. Must not care if they sell a vehicle or not. We bought two vehicles in Garden City. Very satisfied with that experience.
Service is good
I came in from Denver to purchase a used Bronco and they could not have been more accommodating. It was basically a handshake deal where they held onto the vehicle for 3 weeks with nothing down until I was able to drive out. Really appreciate the small town trust. One of the most pleasant car dealer purchases I've ever had.
Traveling through the state on I-70 and on a tight schedule, our Super Duty truck suddenly reported some trailer module faults. The service department found a technician available to check out the problem for us, verify that the problem was not the truck, and sent us on our way. Considerate and professional service. Good people. Highly recommend.
