I came in from Denver to purchase a used Bronco and they could not have been more accommodating. It was basically a handshake deal where they held onto the vehicle for 3 weeks with nothing down until I was able to drive out. Really appreciate the small town trust. One of the most pleasant car dealer purchases I've ever had.

Traveling through the state on I-70 and on a tight schedule, our Super Duty truck suddenly reported some trailer module faults. The service department found a technician available to check out the problem for us, verify that the problem was not the truck, and sent us on our way. Considerate and professional service. Good people. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars that's what it would be. Totally disgusted in the customer service or the lack of with this dealership. I submitted an inquiry on a vehicle. Both on the company website and Car Gurus less than 48hrs after the vehicle was posted. I never heard from them so I called 3 days later and was told the car had sold. They couldn't be bothered to check online due to the fact the salesman was on vacation. What a joke don't even bother they'll sell the vehicle right from under you!

Horrible customer service. Broke down with blown engine 7 hours from home and cannot even get it diagnosed until 3 weeks out. Service Manager said “only option we have is to rent a tow and take it back home to our local dealer!”
