Had Harvey come out two years ago to reglaze our tub/ tub surround. Within a couple of months the drain and soap dish started to bubble up. They came out and claimed it was our fault. I paid the $75 to have them repaired, assuming that it was something we did. The soap dish started to peel again within a month. When we called to complain, we were told that this too wasn’t covered by “warranty” because the soap dish holds water. After working with customers in retail for over a decade I can tell you the arrogance and aggressiveness this Harvey guy dishes out on the phone is atrocious. He was a competitor to who I originally wanted to call (but couldn't find the number) but I then became interested in what he had to offer until I heard him continue to talk. There is no possible way that if someone can rub me the wrong way that bad on a telephone call that I could possibly want to use their service. How embarrassing. Spent $450 to reglaze two sinks (more than original quoted amount) & our sinks look like crap! The workmanship is not quality (looks like a seven year old painted sinks with wrong color) & the sinks started to crack almost immediately!! After contacting Harvey he agreed to return but after weeks of trying to get someone to our home (we had two appointments they did not keep) I had another company assess.
