I was so embarrassed by my tub. It had a black, chunky hole in the middle. We searched to repair it, but they either wanted to replace the tub or remodel the bathroom. Then we found Keith and Middle Georgia Tub Doctor. He came and was very professional, did an excellent job, cleaned up any mess, and was a wonderful person to meet. A great experience from beginning to end. When Robert came out to give an estimate he was very thorough. Not to mention he came all the way to Twiggs county. The estimate was very reasonable. A time was scheduled for the repair and Keith, the technician was there within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He was very thorough and even took time to explain each step of the process. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again.
We kept the cast iron tub in our 1926 house, but it needed love! Middle Georgia Tub Doctor did an exceptional job. Keith, our technician was meticulous and his passion showed by the end product and LaDonna in the office held my hand all the way through to ensure every detail was cared for! Great customer service from start to finish.
Robert & Keith came out to repair a few holes & knicks in our tub and shower. I do declare, you CAN NOT even tell where the holes were. They were very professional, prepping before and cleaning up afterwards. The Dyer household is very pleased with their workmanship.
