Yesterday, this outstanding company attended to the opening needs of my large swimspa. I have been using Tub and Deck (Steve and Liz) for 3 or 4 years now. The care and attention to every detail is unusual in a day of contractors always rushing from one jobsite to another. Not the case with Tub and Deck. Every time, the work is done to perfection and all is working and tidy before they leave. I've used tub & deck tech initially back in October of 2025. The pump went on my hot tub and there was a leak. I messaged them and they eventually sent someone out. They replaced the pump, fixed the leak and recommended another bit of work done. I then had two leaks afterwards as a result of that work being done. Luckily I was able to fix those myself. Tub & Deck Tech did a great job! They came out quickly, fixed the problem efficiently, and were very friendly throughout the process. Easy to work with and would highly recommend.
Unbelievable Service. The front desk lady walked me through how to fix step by step plus to top it all of the this stopped the leak until the service guy could get out there and replace the part for me. Perfect timing for when the service guy to come making it on my schedule for work. Thank You Again
I absolutely enjoyed my experience with this company. Professional, thoughtful and so easy to work with. They truly care that you have a good experience and that they are able to help you and a comfortable cost. I would recommend them and actually they were recommend to me by another tub company because of their service.
