Absolutely Amazing! These guys are the best. They will take care of you no problem! The main man Rax is honest and caring, which in the car world, is a wonderful and rare find. We give them Christmas cookies every year! Go to them, they are pretty busy but its worth the wait!!
Tuan Auto Repair is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! great service and good workmanship. Its always busy there but Racks knows his cars. He is always so helpfull and gets everything done on time. All the mechanics are very curtious and helpful. I would never go anwhere else. I have been going there for 5 years with over 20 different cars. And nobody can beat his prices..
Don't know what I'll do if I ever move away... I have known the Tuans half my life, and have been a customer for at least 10 years. I bought my last two cars with their advice/help/approval. If you have a mechanic as your ally, buying an economic vehicle isn't so stressful--my advice is, find a mechanic that treats you like a valued human (if not a friend), and let THEM pick a car they think will keep you on the road for less. The Heros of Car Repair After going to Tuan's for 5+ years I am finally writing a review. These guys are the absolute BEST. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am driving a '92 Honda Civic with 207,000 miles on it, which is still running largely thanks to their hard work and expertise.
Trusted I have been visiting Tuan's for several years! I have my 2006 vw jetta worked on as well as my 1969 vw karmen ghia, not to mention the junkers in between! They are great, both the level of service and price. They will forever be the shop I go. I am happy to have found my trusted mechanic!
Best place in town! My fiance and I have been taking our car to Tuan Auto for about three years now. It started when our car would mysteriously die on us. It was terrible, it didn't matter where we were or how fast we were driving. It would just randomly die. We took it in to mechanics NINE times before going to Tuan, on a friend's recommendation. Wonderful Service I was on a soccer trip to the cities from Wisconsin on a friday evening when my Van "blew" up in the Intersection near Snelling. A fellow pointed me towards Tuans to see if they could help. It was after 6PM on a friday evening but they remained open so I could get my vehicle in and looked at. They discovered the air conditioning lines had "blown" off but did some test to be sure car was safe for me to drive back home that evening. I was ever so grateful for their time and hospitality.
