Don’t come here if you want to get scammed in paying for flu shots. He’s telling patients their insurance doesn’t cover for flu shots but when insurance calls he told them he’s out of flu shots. He’s telling patients to go to clinics instead. He’s prioritizing people who want to pay for flu shots. This happened to my parents. I feel bad for older patients that might not know any better. This is not okay and will be reported.

My husband has been going here for 6-7 years. Dr. Tuan is wonderful and caring but the crew in the front office are not professional and rude. They need to be train in business phone etiquette and also they don't know how to handle collection from their customer in a professional way. We been in there a lot and always pay our bill at the time of the visit or call in a day or later to pay. Bay hydraulics, I found this review is ridiculous and you should be ashamed of yourself for writing it because "you did not want pay the doctor!! I myself have a business and understand payments are expected at the time of service rendered. Thank god I don't have a client like you!!!
