This office has delayed my care and treatment and has offered zero solution. I was diagnosed with MS in 11/2025 & got scheduled with this office in 12/2025. I had my appointment scheduled for 2/19/26, had spoken to them multiple times about my appointment, records, and they even confirmed my appointment one week before my scheduled appointment. I never write reviews but this was the worst medical care I have received. Dr. Bitra didn’t explain any parts of her care to me and she didn’t seem to care about my symptoms. When I asked questions about a procedure she had just done, and what it means, she literally stood at the door with her hand on the knob. I waited over 6 months for an appointment here and I regret ever seeking care here. I wish I could leave zero stars.
I didn't want to write this review, but today was the last I can tolerate with this center. I have been through 3 Drs in under a year. -The first Dr told me that I have migraines "because I am a female and our worlds are just harder with kids (i have no kids), work and the pressures that is on us". While I appreciate this sentiment it also completely dismissed the fact that maybe my migraines for 20 years aren't just a result of of being a career oriented woman. One of the worst offices i have dealt with. I was told I was no longer Dr.Wanshu's patient when i was trying to get her to finish some paperwork regarding a temporary work leave resulting from symptoms i was experiencing.
