Absolutely atrocious standard of care at Tuality. I cannot... for the LIFE of me, figure out WHY OHSU would want to be affiliated with Tuality. They practice lazy medicine. Have horrible bedside manners and even ancillary staff is ridiculously rude... I would rather bleed out on their sidewalk than walk through their doors again for care!!

I came here to get my prescription refilled and the pharmacy staff are so so very kind the pharmacist is so personal and informative and really works hard to get people’s orders taken care of. Thank you I will always come to this pharmacy to fill my orders.
just spent 5 days on the 5th floor I want to say thank you so much to all the doctors and nurses and housekeeping who took care of me I hope I wasn't too terribly bad to you thank you and God bless stay safe
Delivered our baby girl at Tuality July 13th 2019. Overall was a very good experience. Doctors and nurses all very experienced and kind. I ended up having a c section and was really well taken care of post op.
The WORST bedside manner I've ever seen. Most of the nurses in the ER dont care about their patients needs, they would rather over-medicate you to shut you up than actually fix the problem. Avoid this hospital if possible.
July 25/26 the ER had one doctor. That is not enough for the number of rooms. Pain management policy is lacking, to put it mildly. My ER nurse was less than caring. The first doctor visit was after 3 hours in the room. My pain was reported at 7/8, and went to 10+. No pain management was offered until after the pain had peaked and subsided on its own. my 4 year old nephew had a major gash in his tongue and it took them more than an hour of calling people who came in after us. HES 4 YEARS OLD. The people up front did nothing but keep telling us to wait.
Super expensive bills for bad service. Phone lines never answered. So done.
