I have been a patient here for years. My doctor just left their practice and I called to discuss the results of my most recent ultrasound. They said that they don't have anybody to take care of me now and they're too busy unless it's an emergency. I could see why they are not getting great reviews. The person that spoke to me didn't seem to have a proper resolution

Wasted about a month of my time. My doctor sent a referral and records. I followed up a week or two later - the response was that they needed more time to confirm, and to call them back if they dont call me within a couple weeks. They failed to call me back within those two weeks so I followed up again. The reply was now to inform me that they're booking till february (only available a single Thursday morning), otherwise March. My business and care will be had elsewhere.
