If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service was horrible, mattress is the most hard and uncomfortable over priced mattress we've ever slept on. We've tried everything (purchasing three different kinds of "toppers" to make it more comfortable) and nothing works. We are getting rid of it ASAP. Don't waste your money or time when there are so many alternative mattress options out there that get fabulous ratings.
