I contacted this really company last Monday, January 26th re: the snow covered sidewalk in front of their listing at 4313 F Street SE and was advised they would have the assigned realtor take care of it but its almost a week later and no one has come by yet. This is not fair to those of us who live on this street who have removed snow from in front of our properties per DC code...we just want the same courtesy from a multi-million dollar real estate company. I had a nightmare experience with this company. The real estate agent from Sothebys, Marie was referred to me by Nina, the owner of Park Place Estate Sales. According to Nina, the 2 had worked together for many years and she was "Part of the Sotheby's family." Long story short, Nina took the money from the estate sale and ran and didn't pay me a dime.
