I’ve used TTL Plumbing before and had a great experience, so when my dad had a leak coming from the handle of his bathroom sink, I didn’t hesitate to recommend Tim—and once again, he did not disappoint! Tim responded quickly, was extremely professional, and got the issue fixed in no time. He’s always friendly, honest, and dependable. It’s such a relief to have a plumber you can trust. I first called because our water heater died. Tim came that afternoon and replaced it quickly, answered all our questions and gave us a very fair estimate. I was so impressed that the next week when I came across an unexpected pipe in a house we are renovating, I texted a picture and got a call from Tim within an hour. Super happy with the job! Tim was friendly, on time, and installed our new water softener and purification system super neatly. He also installed the dispenser on marble countertop neatly. Everything works great and looks really clean. Jade provided consultation quickly and kindly. You can tell they care about doing things right. Totally recommend!
