They aren't very good at keeping records, marking down important things in their files or notes. I've had multiple things happen where they could've been sued by someone more angry. Signing documents without my acknowledgement, like actually forging the signature. NPs ignoring severe medication reactions. Also, if you have Medicaid they lie about the hours they put in to get money. They will say they saw this person or scheduled this person this many times when they didn't. I had an amazing experience with TTI. They offer a lot of fantastic resources to clients. The combination of my case worker, psychiatrist, individual therapist, therapy groups, and employment counselor helped me completely turn my mental health and life around over the past year. Of course, this required effort from me as well, but my TTI team all helped support me and provided me with the tools to achieve real change. I am incredibly thankful.
They need to get put out of business ASAP. The government needs to step in and investigate the staff who are affecting people's mental health and lives.
