They were ok
Friendly staff however not the best costumer service and accountability. I had requested a new debit card and after a month and 4 phone calls they let me know that it’s returned for no reason and I have to pay an expedited fee to finally get it after a month. This is not how to keep customers.
They require every bit of info when other locations are more reasonable about what they ask for. All this to pay MY bill, y'all are making me out to be a scammer trying to pay my OWN car note?? The branch manager, Shelby Ratcliff proudly stands by her discriminating employees while also, "allowing it just this one time." If you can make an exception now, then that doesn't sound like much of a requirement, does it? Shelby, you should really do better at training your employees to be consistent across the board.
