Just because I'm not a member you guys wont accept a temporary ID. Which is given to replace my actual ID, that I use everywhere else that requires it. You shouldn't be allowed to turn that down.

Y'all treat people out north differently. My experience was drastically different than at other locations. If you like their customer service, I'd suggest visiting a more respectable location. Hope this provides 'more info' on your shady business practices.
