My rating is for Andy at the corporate office in Tulsa. 🙌🏽 Andy assisted me with multiple issues regarding my accounts. He is the most friendly, competent and helpful customer service agent I’ve encountered in forever! Andy has gone above and beyond to satisfactorily solve my quandaries. ***BEWARE*** I’m a member of a different “Co-OP” credit union that utilizes Co-OP atms when traveling for business. Last week I pulled cash from their atm since this branch is displaying the “Co-OP” symbol in their door window and was still charged the $2.50 fee for using their atm. I contacted my credit union to find out if I was mistaken about them being a co op member. They show up in the registry as a co op member. They are charging EVERYONE a $2.50 fee for atm usage even though it’s advertised in the door and online tha... read more
Never any parking close when you need to just go in and out real quick they should move to a location with easier parking or outside atms
