Literally took an hour to go through their cryptic process. Just to get a cashiers check you have to deposit it outside. Then come in and get the cashiers check. If they can’t operate while being renovated then close the whole thing down and get it done. Oh and then there’s people ALSO working on the ATM during LUNCH hour on the first. Obviously they could care less about respecting their customers time. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!
So far I have had terrible communication for just starting up my account recently if I would've been told that trying to get the money for my first deposit would take this damn long I would've made it into a different account it's absolutely ridiculous that I'm not trusted with my own money that I worked for I shouldn't have to call multiple times only to be told different things each time when they could've told me when I first made my account by a simple "hey you're account is new so we will hold the first check you deposi... read more
Was looking to move my bank account to a local Credit Union and they made things so easy on me.
It's sad when you have to go to Quik Trip and exchange bills because their ATM gave 100s and to get some switched to 20s it would have overdrafted my account because they have to deposit it again and do another withdrawal because the deposit doesn't post back immediately even though it was withdrawn 30 seconds ago. They wouldn't just swap their drawer. Quik Trip had no issues. Stupidest thing I've ever seen.
Google is so helpful and I can’t imagine life without access to Google.
