It's sad when you have to go to Quik Trip and exchange bills because their ATM gave 100s and to get some switched to 20s it would have overdrafted my account because they have to deposit it again and do another withdrawal because the deposit doesn't post back immediately even though it was withdrawn 30 seconds ago. They wouldn't just swap their drawer. Quik Trip had no issues. Stupidest thing I've ever seen.
Google is so helpful and I can’t imagine life without access to Google.
HORRIBLE customer service. Enough so, we are considering taking the money in our CD out at it's maturity date this Friday and taking it elsewhere. Did I mention HORRIBLE.
A typo was made on a routing number for a wire transfer. The incorrect routing number belonged to TTCU, a bank I don’t belong to… The name of the wire transfer along with other information that provided by my bank that should be verified before e the bank accepts a wire transfer was completely overlooked & disregarded & they accepted the transfer & deposited it into one of their customer’s accounts instead of rejecting the transfer when the customer info didn’t match up.
