New female employee should first be taught how to speak to costumers with respect before representing such a well known company with a well known reputation for good service. Otherwise she’ll be the one to the reason for TNT Tinting to begin turning costumers away. Eye contact helps and respect for every costumer helps. Doing false advertisements on Darker tint. I saw the news of this month( June 2025) that allows passenger cars or older vehicles to go for dark tint( 5%) ACT129. When I speak to one of the associates, they are charging me half the price of the tint that I did with them a couple of months ago. I paid about $1,000, and they are asking for $472. They insisted that they used 20% discount, but still that too much for me.
My experience with T&T Tinting was great. The front desk girls are very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers are very careful in handling your car and the work is second to none. Keep up the great work! Also love the Commercial !
I’m so glad I picked this place. The customer service was beyond what I imagined. There’s a nice place to chill and wait in the office. They got me in and out in 20 minutes and explained everything very well when I picked up my car. The only warning (not negative) is that they don’t go darker than the legal limit. I can’t hate on them for that. But if you want to go darker you can’t do it here.
Excellent service. We got our windshield and two front windows done, and I'm very satisfied. They were super quick and efficient but most of all super kind and courteous. Their customer service was definitely a 10/10. Especially Jessica at the front desk!
